A filter in turn lane, nobody else behind me, pulls into the right-hand lane, to get ahead of me and forced his way into a gap that wasn't there.

Once again, speeding and on the phone. Oh, and to top it off, no MOT either.

PL53DTY is regularly seen on workday mornings speeding, tailgating motorists in 20mph zones trying to get past - especially Bulk Road and St Leonard’s Gate, speeding up the hill towards Dalton Square and jumping red lights.
The earliest seen (around 06:40) is opposite Rylands Park on Torrisholme Road between Elmsdale Close and Owen Road,where the driver is expected to be residing. Seen going up the hill past Lancaster Castle towards the railway station for their destination.
