On the M25 not focusing on the road at all and looking down at his lap definitely using his phone for a good 15 mins of driving! Thank god you were in front and not behind us instead.

Blocked in other driver, specifically and A&E doctor who was unable to get to work in time. When turning up half an hour later and asking him to move his car we got a mouthful of abuse and no apology.
