Can’t work out lanes on a Roundabout as cut across lanes causing me to brake and swerve and when made aware from my car horn to avoid an accident the driver then changed into the left lane without warning. They became aggressive and came back into my lane and began tailgating at high speed after the exit to the dual carriageway. Erratic lane change in an attempt to undertake nearly rear ending a vehicle before swerving back into my lane and continued to aggressively drive at close proximity eventually giving up about a lie down the road.
Also spotted the same vehicle parking in disabled bays without a badge.

This is what I have to deal with everyday outside my house in hoole! Someone will get hurt one of these days!
The people who park everyday outside is bank workers and people who can’t be bothered to pay car park fees! Inconsiderate really, park anywhere but do it respectfully
