Does anybody know this man? This morning whilst I was walking my Labrador on Pennington flash ON THE LEAD, a dog that wasn’t on the lead ran to my dog and got her on the ear and eye aggressively.. This man stood and watched whilst I was yelling at him to get his dog on a lead (scruffy black and white collie looking dog). I managed to pull back my dog with the lead and get her away.. He then hurdled all sorts of abuse and threats at me and followed me round in his car to continue his threats... I am so upset.
Also if anybody knows a kind lady called sue Boyd, who stood with me and walked me to my car at the fire station whilst I was shaken, please let me know. I would like to thank her properly.
