According to a comment on the video of the road rage incident, the bike has not been taxed since 2019. It's likely not gonna change as replies to the comment state that the bike hasn't been taxed as of 2021 and 2022 either.

Dozy woman in a Kia Sportage.
Joining M6 J33 shes on the slip road & starts braking, dropping speed - 60, 50, 40.
Once we filter on to the motorway & I go to overtake her for being a slow arse she all of a sudden finds where the accelerator pedal is.
