The owner of this car parked in the disabled spaces at Morrisons Cleveleys this lunch time - 25th July 2018. I was parked close by in the shade under a tree . . . . i'd done my shopping; walking passed this KADJAR i could see the rear window open a few centimetres and i could hear a dog yapping. I put my shopping in my car and watched for the owners of this vehicle but no one came, i went back into the store and asked for a call out for the owners of the car to return to their dog who was clearly distressed. Still no one came - i waited some 35 minutes whilst the dog became more and more distressed but the owners didnt return.
I think the dog was some sort of chihuahua although he or she may have been a small cross breed - my concern is the well being of the dog and these irresponsible owners who do not deserve to own a dog if they think so little to leave
them in the heat which in my car was 26 degrees in the shade.
Absolutely disgusting human beings who clearly dont care about their furry family member; i so wish i had something suitable with which I could have smashed the window and i wonder how long this poor creature had to endure the dreadful heat.

Parked illegally besides a pedistrian crossing on a busy road (shown by white markings in photo) so she could get out of her car and shout/threaten some kids. Feel sorry for the kids on the recieving end of her verbal abuse!

Hot headed little man with a chip on his shoulder and no patience who cannot work out how to pull up at a petrol pump.
He is not above opening your car door and shouting abuse at two old people.

Used to see this alot picking up underage girls, I haven't seen it around for a while must be trying to cool the heat

Excessive speed driving up behind me and then over taking and "break checking" bthrn driving off at speed again all in a 30 kph area
