Old woman driver dangerously swerving in and out of lanes and using wrong lanes at roundabouts. Time to hand in your liscense grandma before you kill someone!!!

very rude mouthy woman, standing in an open parking space behind her car at about 11.30am- 11.45am today (monday 18th june) in Priory Street, Monmouth.
I tried to reverse into the space, she wouldn't move, then she shouted 'don't park here, I'm waiting for a locksmith'. I didn't know people were allowed to stand in car parking spaces to reserve them! Priory Street has a 30 minute parking restriction anyway, so there are always spaces available, there was no need to block this space.
I found a space further along the road, but then as I walked past her car, another car had parked in the space and the mouthy woman was walking down the road towards Monnow Street. I don't believe she was even waiting for any locksmith, she was most likely keeping the space for a friend.
