longbridge horley, cuts car up from lane 1 cuts over to lane 3 on roundabout then cuts in front of me then signals to move right and doesn`t really poor driver.

Pulled out of a side road without looking and proceeded along a 40mph zone road at 25 mph.
Car and driver suit each other.
His rear mirror works as he was constantly checking to make sure I was kept behind him.
