I slow down purposely to 20 mph so he decides to overtake and then is perfectly pleasant to drivers in front of him because he's too busy trying to stop at roundabouts and junctions to threaten me. Next time you don't feel like driving at speed limits on an empty road overtake instead of tailgating and trying to drive aggressively behind law abiding innocent road users.
