Rush hour and school run time.
Just turning into a main road and towards low lying sun which is difficult to see into anyway.
Definitely needs a retest and maybe a re read of the highway code before they badly hurt or kill someone.

Glad someone else put him on here. Almost killed me and my son this morning with his 'antics' as he went past the M25/26 split. He needs to have his license taken off him!!!
