It's a very small engined car, the acceleration isn't good on these. Maybe she was also waiting to reach the long straight stretch of road so she could build up some speed to get past the tractor. It's easy to blame the other driver for your mistake of not giving her a chance to get past. It's not a race, you need to allow for other drivers.

I remember this reg as the driving of the vehicle was atrocious. WBX caught my attention and I remember it, so this vehicle isn’t new to bad driving generally as I have witnessed it being driven badly several times.

Where do I start?
Pulled straight out of a junction, nearly wiped me out. I had my children in the car with me. She had nothing to say, was on her phone and gave me a load of abuse.
