It's a very small engined car, the acceleration isn't good on these. Maybe she was also waiting to reach the long straight stretch of road so she could build up some speed to get past the tractor. It's easy to blame the other driver for your mistake of not giving her a chance to get past. It's not a race, you need to allow for other drivers.

The vehicle owner has been parked at our private car park for over 7 hours now (...and counting). Very rude & inconsiderate.
