I'm from Blackburn where we know how to drive properly. This young man is an abomination on the roads. He was doing 10mph on the motorway whilst windmilling at me.

He nearly killed me I ended up on his handle bars not the same bike but one as equally as stupidly noisy I was only trying to cross the road ended up dropping my shopping
