Sorry but I don't understand what you're saying. They ran their car into yours? They didn't stay to provide insurance details after the crash? They stole something of yours? Did you call the police?

Yes I too have noticed this inconsiderate driver several times. Spinning wheels and general reckless driving. I have also seen him on his phone. It's his daddy's car the stupid pleb. I have seen him around West Bromwich. Should have his licensed revoked. PLEB!!
