Complete dick driver, completely ignored the "No trucks in outside lane between 6am and 8pm" section of the A14 for the whole of the A14 causing a mile of tailback as he crawled past other trucks doing almost the same speed as him.
This fella is the reason you get stuck in held up traffic.
