Extremely dangerous driver , clearly inebriated .... Speeding up and down a road past a school. Very threatening behaviour when challenged. Police informed.

Silver Polo. Scumbag accelerated through a red light just as a woman with a pram began to cross. Didn't get him anywhere either as he was waiting wih the traffic at the next junction.
