She been driving with Loud and disturbing music and her son been hang out of the window screaming and as far as I know that is very dangerous

Speeding, undertaking knob-jockey with no regard for his own safety or anyone elses. Thinks the rules don't apply, but guess what... Everybody dies; why be in such a hurry to get there before everyone else?

Extremely dangerous driver , clearly inebriated .... Speeding up and down a road past a school. Very threatening behaviour when challenged. Police informed.
