A586 Garstang to St Michael’s
This retard turned onto the A586 as another vehicle was approaching which boy impatient speeders would do but after this he’d was as dopey as anything. Okay through Churchtown but he did 35 in a 50 zone towards St Michael’s and created a tailback as nobody could overtake with oncoming traffic although some were tempted. In St Michael’s he did about 20 in a 30 zone. When he turned into the Tate Oil garage/filling station we were all glad he was out of the way.

Very aggressive driver purposely sped up towards pedestrians before slamming all on when very close to them and then became very abusive towards them and got out of his car to continue the intimidation. Unnecessary behaviour towards young women late at night.

Parked on hatched lines making it incredibly difficult for eldery/disabled/young children to cross safely.
Not to mention that it makes it very difficult for fire engines/ambulances etc to get by if required.
