Complete tool was using his phone while turning a corner and screeched his tyres on the road. The moron then drove into the oncoming lane for a good couple of seconds and did not notice this as he was distracted by his phone. Very dangerous driving. If a pedestrian had stepped out onto the road, he would’ve killed the pedestrian and faced years in prison. So why is there no penalty for him when he drove in a manner that would cause that?
