Illegal parking and illegal numberplate: RA15ON C - should be RA15 ONC
You were parked blocking pedestrian view of the road, at a tight part of the road, making it difficult for emergency services to get past. You were also blatantly, and illegally, parked on the double yellows by the Heath steps whilst you went off and spent a jolly time at the Heath. There was nobody near your car and you were not loading/unloading. There was free parking just up the road, but for some reason you had to dump your crap right by the steps.
Whilst I understand having a custom and illegal numerplate might give you the attribute of "complete idiot" which you so desire, try to give your wasted money to charity instead instead of blowing it on things which make you look like an idiot. Try not to act like one too, with your careless parking.
