This car was being driven on the motorway by an underage child which doesn't have any license or provisional license. He was driving dangerously and unsafely on the road putting the 5 other individuals in the car at risk and all the other drivers at risk. I hope Gravesham police can get this dealt with, the child posted the video on his snapchat. The address of the car owner is 92 Singlewell Road Kent DA117PT
