Incompetent driver, M60 clockwise around 3.30pm yesterday. I was overtaking traffic on the left lane at an indicated 75mph on the speedo when this one cut in front dangerously close from the right when there was plenty of room to do so at a safe distance. And you wonder why more accidents are happening now?

The lady has absolutely no idea how to drive , doesn't look at the road. She must be on her phone keeps looking everywhere and nearly caused a crash on a mini roundabout.
