Absolute knobhead driver pulled out infront of me in Amersham at about 50 in a 30. Had to slam on brakes. She then took off at about 60 weaving between traffic

This guy in his 50-60 overtook me from left side went onto my lane from behind tried to push off the road and then quickly slowed down went behind me and sat 10mm behind me try to cause me to fall( was heavily raining )
