can anyone explain this to me.. this guy is driving along, not stopped, maybe ten mph, yet still can't resist taking a peek at whatever is on his phone. I dont get it. Youre risking rear ending the car in front, a 200 quid fine, 6 points, and for what? because you want to see who liked your status?? whats so interesting youre willing to risk all of that?

Bellend. Doing 25-30 in a 50 main road for ages holding up lots of traffic. when I finally get to over take, driver was constantly looking down at phone.
Idiots like you cause deaths, off your phone and if you want to go 25 in a 50 get the bus ffs, stop holding up everyone who actually wants to get somewhere because you can't go 5 minutes without social media. Idiot
