This guy is clearly blind, pulled straight off the M25 onto A127 without looking, i had to slam on my brakes to stop hitting him, he then decided to cut me up a couple of miles down the road, moron thinks he owns the road, lucky i wasnt in my van or i would have just plowed into the side of him and claimed injuries!

Parking is limited as it is when we are all stressed trying to find parking to visit sick family or friends and this ass parks like this.
