BMW driver tailgating behind myself, whilst clearly distracted at some points as kept leaning down & drifting

Rolls Royce at Epsom Derby parked - blocking in lots of cars. Two families with small children waiting for over an hour. So selfish.

Accidently pulled out in front of this car. After about a mile I heard the car into really high revs it overtook and left a trail of smoke. I had to slow down due to my vision being blocked.
