What a prat. Driving way to fast in a 30 mph zone that he nearly went into the back of a red car and swerved to miss it. Weaving between lanes when he got on motorway (M60) driving way to fast and dangerous and close to a Red car that he'd obviously annoyed! Wish I had a dash cam because I would have shown the police his very dangerous driving.
