Well, the extra loud revving noises and the fast accelerations might impress the kids in Elgin, but the CLOSE PASS of a cyclist didn't. This driver could have waited 5 seconds until I finished passing a line of parked cars before overtaking, and passed me safely. Too close, is too dangerous. I'm experienced, and I was scared. One wobble, and you would have got me. Did you hear me screaming? Not impressed, and with a witness or a camera, I would have taken this further.

Very polite and friendly driver. Stopped in the middle of busy traffic to help guide traffic after a road traffic accident and helped clear the roads.

He was driving with no hands on the steering wheel instead he was putting his roof down. He was on the motorway and nearly caused a high speed accident.
