A complete idiot. He should have no license at all. Cutting through lanes in roundabouts with no indications at any kind and speeding 50 mph at 40 mph limit honking and bullying you. He is a complete mad psychopath.

I decided to brake to make him get back. His react was hilarious. I'll pay good money to watch that again... Like a spoilt school kids who's ice cream has just fallen on the floor.... LOL this all at 06.40....
