Why are you throwing your hands all over the place when the person in front of you is turning in to a car park?
Maybe try leaving enough of a gap between you & them.
Or even better, get off the road until you're legal to get back on it.

Blocked the entire road for a few minutes one eve, refusing to give priority to a parked vehicle on his side of the road. Just sat there til I moved. Could have just apologised and backed up
