So to get this straight, driver pulled out, maybe slightly on the close side (but not really to anyone with double digit IQ or above).
You then opted to cut the roundabout AND speed up (look at speed in final screen cap compared to the others). In spite of that, you were still not really anywhere near the car that pulled out.
On top of this, the car in question is too old to be a mutability car.
Perhaps you can get one though, I believe those with severe mental handicaps may qualify.
