You would be taken to a police station to have the blood test and then it will be taken from there. Just a stupid and ignorant thing to do.

I was walking down pelican lane next to a very busy school, up a one way road and out of nowhere a black Honda hatchback came down the wrong direction of the one way road carelessly. Thankfully there wasn’t a child crossing the road at the time. I couldn’t agree more with the previous comment. This reckless driver should be taken off the road immediately.
