Driving at 40 in a 60 between Ashington and Morpeth in Northumberland (no traffic, free flowing, no reason to be going so slow, sunny day, perfect driving conditions), steadily created a tailback towards morpeth. Then proceeded to do 30 at Whorral Bank (a 50 road), and then crawled through Morpeth at 20 (Traffic in Morpeth had died down since the afternoon). Embarrassing. If you can’t drive to speed limits, you shouldn’t be on the roads. Driving too slow is just as dangerous. You fail your test for going too slow as well as speeding, poor driving. Received some nice hand signals from the bloke too.
