if the number plate had screws in it, it would have a screw between the 11 to make it a h and be ‘rashad’ but it would be illegal. Plus the stickers look better than screws.

Dark skin male with greasy hair nearly ran a red light whilst on phone, the Incompetent driver nearly hit me and my elderly mother whilst walking the dog. Happened outside Aldi in Nuneaton... police should take action
