idiot is driving around with no mot and no insurance. cut me up 3 times today because he was busy playing with his mobile phone so i just gave him a middle finger gesture as he well deserved and he retaliates by chasing me down to try knock me off. Also came speeding down the oncoming lane just to try get to me. he got lucky there were no cars coming from the oncoming lane otherwise he would have easily caused a head on collision.

general tailgating and accelerating up behind cars, cutting in front when changing lanes I’d expect from a car like this. Car is also very old (over 14 years) with very high (200,000+ miles) on it so he probably doesn’t have much money and is just trying to look like he has money.
