Horrendous driver, they creep a long in a 50MPH zone at 30mph, in rush hour. And when it comes to roundabouts, they go in the left lane then turn right.. Just Great

Who gets these dangerous drivers off the road, thicko thinks stig,looked evil, rode over the kerb up the pavement along nearly swiping elderly man then hit the front of buggy, so scared,please get them.
