His impatience nearly caused a serious incident, thankfully caught on camera for everyone to see how dangerous his decision making is and obviously not bothered of the consequences. #knob
I was at roadworks, and this grey VW Golf sped past me as soon as he/she had the opportunity to do so. The car overtook me at about 50mph in a 30 zone. Totally unacceptable.
