Runs a red light turning right Southside to Annfield at Crown Court Hotel lights, cutting between two cars. Turns right onto Old Edinburgh Road, blind overtakes cyclist into first bend which causes an oncoming car to take avoiding action. Still on the bend turns right into Muirfield Road, rendering the overtake risky and unnecessary.
Plate is a PRX, drives like a PRX.

Driver was all over the road…turns out he was on his mobile phone and at one point both hands off the steering wheel!!
