This driver was speeding through Torrisholme and tailgating me all the way to The Shrimp roundabout. I indicated that I was going right and he tried to undertake me by going to my left at the roundabout, but the passing car on the roundabout passed me first and gave me an earlier start as well as a shorter curve around the roundabout so he wasn’t able to undertake.
However, once on Broadway he overtook me at excessive speed. His driving habits (speeding, tailgating, trying to undertake, etc.) are all worthy of a diver who has a perverted manner of driving on our roads.
My disabled gran was travelling down Franchise Street in a wheeled buggy when this complete and utter prick thought it would be a good idea to park over the entirety of the footpath, meaning that she couldn't even get by.
Stupid, selfish cnts like this should be banned from the road.
This fool was constantly changing speed on a 70 mph road, I was doing 70 he passed me then dropped down to 55, I started to overtake and he increased his speed to 80, he is obviously just a complete moron as when I passed he was texting on his phone doing over 70.
Stagecoach Devon's 10454 'Joanne' (SN65 NZK) on the 'Red Park & Ride' route to Honiton Road from Paris Street in Exeter. The 'Joanne' name is derived from National Express West Midlands' SN15 LEU another Alexander Dennis Rose. This bus is recently repainted, but before it was maroon/dark red (like now on Keyaira-Meeko and Sharon Louise) branded for the 'Red Park & Ride' route.

Sitting in his car with an atrociously loud in-car phone.
But then he's parked up a huge distance away from where he lives/is visiting, so really taking up spaces for people who actually live on this street. There's bags of room further up the road. I know public roads you can park anywhere but residential streets you could try to be a bit less of a turd about it.
