Tailgating at close to 50mph in wet conditions with full beams on expecting an old Land Rover to be driving faster than is possible. Incredibly dangerous driving to be trying to blind someone because you want to go faster.

I think fog lights are supposed to be used in addition to your main headlights when it's foggy, not instead of them :)
