Absolute bellend. One of those faux security companies that have no branding but have "Dog Unit" plastered on the side. Indicated from lane 2 to come into lane 3 but there wasn't enough room at all, tried to barge his way in and was generally a c**t. Searched the reg when I got home and found they haven't had an MOT for 4 months.

In a rush to pull out on incoming traffic but then proceeds to drive under the speed limit. Could've just waited a few seconds for the gap behind me.
