I was driving on a one-way two lane road and this driver decided to try and ram me off the road because I was in the other the lane and was going to pass them. The driver tired to ram me off the road almost causing me to hit a park car. Shouldn't be on the road at all if they going to cause accidents. This was in Birmingham

Dangerous. driving erratically on the 509 from kettering to wellingborough. slowing ,speeding up then braking for no reason.All over the road almost going up the kerb at times. either drunk or drugs maybe?
