I was half way across a zebra crossing and this lady made no attempt to stop and missed me by inches, I am not sure she even saw me despite almost hitting me. The car going the other way (on my side of the road) approached the crossing well before she did, but stopped.
I understand you have a disabled badge, however you were parked in residential private parking. Not only that, you mounted the pavement and blocked access for others who were in wheel chairs.

Stupid female driver weaving between lanes on Black Country Route between Dudley and Walsall in the narrowest of spaces almost catching other vehicles.
I don’t know if she had a hat on or it was her hair but it looked a mess.
Why are there so many idiotic female drivers who don’t look before they manoeuvre - especially in the West Midlands?
