A silver Corsa-style car but comes up as a black Nissan Note MPV
This retard was doing 35 to 40 mph on the A6 Near Forton and Cabus - mostly nearer 35. It was mild, not raining and clear, and with traffic coming the other way (much faster) or continuous white lines nobody was able to get by until the driver pulled into a filling station.
Is this the retard who regularly pulls into the garage in St Michael’s-on-Wyre (Tate Oil) and always drives ridiculously slow?

Saw this vehicle speeding into Wrea Green, jumping a red light at the roadworks and cutting through by the Spar shop barging back out onto the road in front of approaching vehicle. This driver disappeared out of Wrea Green at a considerable speed for a 20 zone. I didn’t see any police vehicles so it wasn’t a police chase even though the driving was similar to one.
