Parked overnight on a corner, effectively making it impossible for ambulances/fire engines/large vehicles to get by. Also makes it extremely dangeorous for more vulnerable road users - disabled/elderly/young children to cross the road.

An absolute idiot. Weaving in and out of land at speeds over the limit whilst very close to other cars!
