A woman parked on right hand side of the main road pulls out facing and heading into oncoming traffic in the right lane then when she couldn’t go any further she waited in the middle of the right hand lane to be let into the left lane holding traffic up the other way. Why not make it clear you were pulling out so someone could let you in and others going the other way could pass while you were waiting than be an obstruction in the wrong lane and facing the wrong way? Women drivers - is this typical of Ladies before Gentlemen?
