Dangerously cut into a line of moving traffic (just before this photo was taken). Also has an illegally spaced numberplate.

What a terrible driver. Cuts you off, the tries to overtake you and run you off the road. Speeds and can't use an indicator properly. Someone needs to retake their driving test.
