His side is block by a parked car so instead of waiting he just drives at me and tries to get through hitting the parked car in the process. He did look like Santa though so it's not all bad.

Middle lane hogging on the motorway, whilst weaving around and randomly braking. I was in lane 1 and gave a blast on my horn as he started to wander in my direction. Despite this the behaviour continued. I got out into lane 3 to overtake and noticed the driver blatantly staring down into his lap, presumably on his phone. The fact that even the blast of my horn didn't encourage him to put the device away is frankly shocking.
A danger to himself and other road users.

Mad man in a black van, didn't stop for me at zebra crossing and instead drove right over the pavement. DANGEROUS!
