Sunday Drivers!
Another Sunday, Another Batch of Sunday Parkers arrive in Bury.
Vehicle left on Double Yellows / Blocking Footpath (usually alongside legally parked cars on the forecourt, but in this case they had just left prior.)
Guy in wheelchair crossed over earlier to avoid having to try and negotiate his way past the several Sunday Drivers parked along the footpath.
Selfish Idiots.
