Hogging lane 3 of M5 south near frankley services doing less speed than lane two, when I looked across he was using TWO mobile phones, one in each hand and steering with sides of wrists. The vehicle must weigh over two tonne - he should have his license taken away.

Deplorable parking given weather conditions. Had to squeeze past, I could of easily tripped the alarm. Not acceptable especially when people have prams or wheelchairs
