Oh man let me start off by saying this is the worst driver on the roads !!! Needs locked up ( a mean the jail ) almost rear ended me in Motherwell just off newmains roundabout not safe on the these roads !

Vauxhall Insignia in average speed zone in a 40 but doing way in excess of. Will need to pull up somewhere & have an hours kip just to bring their speed down enough to not get tagged.
